What we do and why we do it

We are pioneers in build-to-rent. Back in 2013 we introduced a concept in the UK which meant that we own and manage every home we rent, for a simpler, more transparent service for renters. It’s our resident-focused approach and our commitment to sustainable places which has seen us grow to over 5,700 homes in neighbourhoods across the UK, with another 1,831 in the pipeline.

Our neighbourhoods are for everyone, with cafes, shops and restaurants, and spaces to be creative. Community and sustainability are at the core of what we do, ensuring the places we create have a lasting positive social, economic and environmental impact.
