Improved infrastructure, new homes, and a diverse range of exciting restaurants and retailers have revitalised the surrounding area in recent years. Phase two of our Elephant and Castle Town Centre development, The Elephant, is on track for completion in 2026, which will transform the former shopping centre site and deliver brand new rental homes, shops, and a state-of-the-art London College of Communication campus.
