A vibrant new London neighbourhood

Located in London’s Zone 2, The Filigree in Lewisham marks our third London neighbourhood, delivering 649 brand new homes, including 119 co-living homes and 106 London Living Rent affordable homes, a stone’s throw away from Lewisham station.

On the ground floor, residents and the wider community alike will be able to enjoy a brand new retail, leisure and food and beverage destination, with 88,000 sq ft of commercial space, including a new cinema. This will form part of a distinctive leisure offering, supporting a new night-time economy in Lewisham in a thriving, safe and inclusive setting.

Running through the neighbourhood is the new public realm, including a public square for events and trading opportunities, adding to the existing offer which includes nearby Blackheath Common and Greenwich Park.

The Filigree is part of a wider regeneration project in Lewisham, which has seen it attract significant investment and become one of the capital’s up-and-coming regions.

The neighbourhood welcomed its first residents in summer 2024, with rental options from studios to three-bed apartments across build-to-rent and co-living, and a number of state-of-the-art penthouse homes on the 29th floor, which offer amazing views across the city.

Residents of the co-living homes will have use of exclusive shared amenity space designed with socialising, co-working and wellbeing in mind.

As well as being home to new residents, The Filigree also has specific spaces for biodiversity, with wildflower habitats which support nesting for peregrine falcons.
