We understand the connection between home and work lives and the impact a quality living environment can have on employee engagement and productivity. Through our Preferential Partnerships programme we work with employers to learn the challenges their people face living and commuting in the city where they work and offer a better way of renting.
On top of our no deposits, no fees and longer tenancies offering, we give Preferential Partnerships residents two weeks’ rent free and upgrade them to superfast fibre optic broadband to enhance their home-working experience. We also facilitate networking opportunities throughout the year to support their career development.
Our current partners range from banks and law firms to innovation centres, schools and a police force. We are keen to partner with any progressive organisations that truly value their people and share the belief that health homes improve lives and performance in the workplace.
