LONDON, OCTOBER 2026
Get Living has launched Elephant Quarter, the residential offering at The Elephant, its £500m town centre at Elephant & Castle in the heart of Zone 1 London.
The collection brings 485 rental homes to one of the capital’s most connected and fast-evolving neighbourhoods, with London Living Rent apartments starting from £1,398 per month, alongside a range of private rental homes starting from £2,950 per month for a one-bedroom apartment and £3,550 per month for a two-bedroom apartment. The development also includes Social Rent and Discount Market Rent homes, creating a broad mix of rental options in the heart of Elephant & Castle.
Apartments range from studios to three beds, each designed with flexible open-plan layouts, private balcony space and large windows that allow natural sunlight to flood the interiors and act as the perfect vantage point to look out across London’s extraordinary skyline – taking in iconic landmarks including the Shard, Battersea Power Station and the Houses of Parliament.
Elephant Quarter sits at the heart of The Elephant, which will bring around 40 new shops, restaurants and leisure venues to the area from November 2026, alongside a new UAL London College of Communication campus scheduled to open in September 2027, public streets and squares, and improvements to the Northern Line tube entrance.
Confirmed brands include M&S Food, Everyman, Blank Street, Pret A Manger, Bird & Blend, Jungle Berry, Superdrug, local favourite DistriAndina, food hall operator Blend Family, Mango, Oliver Bonas, injectables studio Injectual and Starbucks, with more to be announced over the coming months. Residents can keep track of the latest retail openings, events and offers through a dedicated app, ‘The Elephant’.
Among the standout resident amenities at Elephant Quarter is The City View rooftop observation platform on the 28th floor, offering panoramic views of the London skyline from sunrise to sunset. Residents also have access to three dedicated fitness facilities, including The Rack gym, a cardio-focused Sprint room and a multi-purpose studio offering free weekly fitness classes, alongside a range of bookable social spaces including The Green Room private dining space, The Perch, a 20th-floor terrace for private gatherings or a rooftop date night, and The Lawn, which comes complete with a bookable BBQ station.
Four-legged residents are equally well catered for. The Bark Park is a dedicated rooftop terrace where dogs can exercise and socialise, while a complimentary pet spa is perfect for a pamper session. Concierge and maintenance teams are on-hand to support all residents, and Wi-Fi is included and activated from move-in day.
Residents will also be immersed in art, with over 20 paintings, photographs, installations and sculptures available to view throughout the development. This includes Elephant & Castle-based artist Emma Hart’s three hand-built terracotta sculptures which greet residents as they walk through the lobby with a bold harlequin patterned thumbs up. British-Iranian photographer Sara Shamsavari is also displaying portraits exploring identity, visibility, belonging and self-expression.
International arts advisory practice Cultural Transitions is supporting Get Living in commissioning art for its residential and public spaces.
Aidan Malia, Senior Director, The Elephant, said:
